We believe it is important for your child to build a strong relationship with their Key Person and become
familiar with the nursery environment which is why we require a minimum of 2 full day sessions.
REGISTRATION
There is a £150 non-refundable registration fee which will be taken when we receive a completed registration form.
COST CALCULATIONS
For the first month, if your child joins mid-month we will pro-rate the fees payable using the following calculation: applicable fee x number of days attending the remainder of the month.
For subsequent months, to make things easier for parents, we will use the following calculation to allow for equal monthly payments across the year: applicable fee x number of days per week attending x 51 weeks payable fees divided by 12 months.
HOLIDAYS
We will be closed up to 5 days during the festive period every December for which fees will not be payable. We will also be closed for 3 days across the year for staff training. We will, of course, provide notice in advance of when these training days will take place.

NOTICE PERIODS
Should you wish to end or reduce your child’s sessions with Galaxy Explorers, we require one month’s written notice. Fees will be payable during the notice period. If you wish to reduce the number of days, please note that the minimum number they can be reduced to is 2 days.
